(2) = $23,800 - $27,200/yr.

Rent Effective June 2006:
These are guidelines based on rent limits for Polk County by the Iowa Finance Authority.

1BR = $460 to $637/mo.
2BR = $612 to $765/mo.

1 BR = 700 sq. ft.
2 BR = 849 sq. ft.

Garage: None. Off-street parking.

Bathrooms: 1 bath

Laundry Facilities: A central laundry on each floor for use by all residents.
