(2) = $18,440 - $23,050/yr.

Rent Effective June, 2006:
These are guidelines based on rent limits for Story County by the Iowa Finance Authority.

1BR = $493 to $695
2BR = $849

Square Footage:
1 BR = 714 sq. ft.
2 BR = 849 sq. ft.

Garage: None. Off-street parking.

Bathrooms: 1 bath

Laundry Facilities: A central laundry on each floor for use by all residents.
