Washer/Dryer: Hook-ups are available in the unit. If you would like machines in your unit you are required to lease them from us. They are available for $38.00 per month from Marshview Townhomes.

Application Fees: starting at $52.00 per applicant 18 years and over.

Deposit: Equal to (1) months full rent - Collectible at time of application by check or Money order; 1/2 will be cashed as a pre-leasing deposit to hold your unit.

Pet Acceptance: Cats and dogs up to 15 pounds.

Pet Deposit: $300 per pet refundable after vacating if there are no damages.

Pet Fee: One time fee of $100.00
