Smoking: Smoking restrictions are enforced. For incoming residents, effective 6/1/2015 this property will be smoke free inside the townhomes.

Pet Acceptance: Cats (de-clawed) and dogs up to 15 pounds.

Pet Deposit: $300 per pet, refundable after vacating if there are no damages; $100 one time, nonrefundable pet fee.
